DMCA Policy

Tenacity Records takes intellectual property seriously and asks everyone who uses our platform to do the same. Consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”), we act quickly on properly submitted notices of copyright infringement involving material made available through the Tenacity Records service.

Filing a Copyright Complaint

Think one of your works has been used on our service without permission? Send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent that includes each of the following:

• Your signature — either handwritten or electronic — as the rights holder or someone authorized to act for them.
• A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• Enough detail to help us locate the material in question, such as a direct link or the title of the release.
• How we can reach you, including a mailing address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement, made in good faith, that the use you are reporting was not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on the rights holder’s behalf.

Repeat Infringers

Where appropriate, Tenacity Records will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
